Questions people ask

What is a good CAGR?

It depends on the asset. Compare against inflation (around 5–6%) and a benchmark index over the same period.

CAGR vs XIRR: which should I use?

Use CAGR for a single investment. Use XIRR when you invested or withdrew money at different dates, as in a SIP.
