    How to use the Merge PDF

    1. Add two or more PDFs (drag them in or tap to choose).
    2. Reorder with the arrows; remove any you don't need.
    3. Press Merge and download the combined PDF.

    Good to know

    • Lenders usually want statements in date order, oldest first. Name files by month (2026-04, 2026-05…) before adding them and they will sort correctly.
    • If the merged file is over the portal's limit, run it through Compress PDF afterwards rather than compressing each part first; one pass gives a more even quality.
    • Bank statement PDFs downloaded from net banking are often password-protected with your date of birth or customer ID. Open each in your browser and print it to a new PDF to remove the lock before merging.

    Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

    Not directly. Open each with its password and save an unprotected copy first, or use your bank's option to download an unlocked statement.

    Is there a file size limit?

    Only your device's memory. Very large scans may be slow on older phones.
