Methodology & assumptions

how this number is produced

Score = Documentation (25) + Credit (25) + Financial (20) + Business (15) + Funding (15), each from published bands

Assumptions

  • Bands: CIBIL 750+ full credit marks; utilisation ≤30% full; profit ≥8% of revenue full financial marks
  • Funding pillar compares the monthly repayment of your ask over 36 months against a 50%-of-profit capacity heuristic
  • Vintage: 3+ years full business marks; 2 years 6/8; 1 year 3/8
  • No revenue or no documented profit is treated as a documentation gap, not a failure

Limitations

  • A MyCapitalverse model — not a credit score, not an official rating, and no lender sees it
  • Lender underwriting varies (GST flows, banking behaviour, sector appetite) beyond this scope
  • A high score never guarantees approval or pricing; it indicates where you look strong

Results are informational estimates produced by MyCapitalverse's own models. They are not financial advice and may differ from how a lender, insurer or authority computes the same figure.

Questions people ask

What is an MSME finance readiness score?

A self-assessment of how complete your loan file is: Udyam, GST returns, bank statements, ITRs and credit history.

What should I fix first?

Usually regular GST filing and clean bank statements, since lenders underwrite from them.
