How to use the Add Page Numbers to PDF

  1. Choose a PDF.
  2. Pick format, position and starting number.
  3. Download the numbered PDF.

Good to know

  • Court filings and loan files are easier to review when pages are numbered 'Page x of y' so missing pages are obvious.
  • Number after merging, not before, so the count runs through the whole bundle.
  • Bottom centre is the safest position; it rarely covers stamps, signatures or letterheads.
