Good to know

  • Write the purpose and date on KYC copies, e.g. 'For SBI home loan application only, 21-10-2026'. It makes a leaked copy hard to reuse elsewhere.
  • 25–30% opacity keeps the document readable for the person verifying it.
  • Keep the unmarked original safe; you will need a fresh copy with a different watermark for each use.
