Methodology & assumptions
how this number is producedScore = Cash Reserve (25) + Debt (25) + Savings Rate (20) + Insurance (15) + Investments (15), each from published bands
Assumptions
- Cash reserve bands: 6+ months of expenses = full, 3–6 = 18/25, 1–3 = 10/25, under 1 = 3/25
- Debt bands: EMIs under 20% of income = full; 20–36% = 18/25; 36–50% = 10/25; 50%+ = 3/25
- Savings rate = (income − expenses − EMI) ÷ income; 30%+ = full
- Insurance benchmarks: cover ≥ 75% of 10× income (under 35), 8× (35–45), 6× (45–55), 4× (55+), premium ≤ 10% of income
Limitations
- This is an educational model by MyCapitalverse — not a credit score, not a bureau rating, not advice
- Does not know your goals, dependants, job stability or risk appetite
- Insurance adequacy is a rough income-multiple benchmark, not a needs analysis
Results are informational estimates produced by MyCapitalverse's own models. They are not financial advice and may differ from how a lender, insurer or authority computes the same figure.
