Questions people ask

Should I include my house in net worth?

Yes at a realistic resale value, but remember you can't spend it without selling. Some people track net worth with and without the home.

What is a healthy debt-to-assets ratio?

Lower is safer. Under 50% is generally comfortable; credit card debt should be zero.
